It is an undeniable fact that the days of high overhead, brick and mortar real estate offices as well of thousands of agents are limited due to the efficiency of online real estate information. For those in the real estate industry denying and fighting the inevitable change, the financial pressure is on for them and in turn for the customers they meet.
